The success of the BRIDGES Modern Agronomist program in previous years contributed to an increase in enrollment of agronomists, managers, and specialists of various levels from Ukrainian grain companies and grain production infrastructure.

Participants of the advanced training program for agronomists “BRIDGES Modern Agronomist 2023” included new agronomists of the “Agro-Region Ukraine”, agronomists and managers of the companies “UPL”, “Adama”, “Pöttinger Ukraine”, “Kernel”, SFG “Rod”, “Lidea”, LLC “Agroexpert”, “MHP” and others.

Adding videos directly from the fields where American trainers conducted field scouting and demonstrated its results provided an opportunity to visualize and study in more detail American techniques of field scouting and their application for solving various problems. This year the participants have already begun to apply the acquired knowledge and improved their farm performance.
