Russian aggression against Ukraine did not prevent the implementation of all three modules of the “BRIDGES Modern Agronomist 2022” program. Among the participants who successfully completed the training are agronomists and managers of the companies Agro-Region Ukraine, LLC “Dobrobut”, LLC “Kernel-Trade”, PE “NVAP El Gaucho”, FG “V.V.S.”, STOV “Krasnianske”, Corteva, LLC “Evralis Semens Ukraine”, as well as the chief agronomist of the agricultural company Agro SZM SRL (Moldova).

The American trainers of the program focused on the urgent needs of the Ukrainian grain and oilseed sector in 2022, which was the maximum resource savings, optimal use of fertilizers and plant protection products, preservation of soil fertility and minimizing costs.

The individual approach and work in small groups allowed all participants obtaining individual consultations and professional recommendations from both the American program trainers and colleagues from the training group.
