THIRD ANNUAL WORKSHOP "ALL ABOUT CIDER!"

On September, 11 Agricultural Extension Center BRIDGES (BRIDGES), Ukraine, in cooperation with Penn State University, USA, and GEA, Ukraine, held the third annual workshop within the joint project "All about Cider!"
The key speakers for the workshop were represented by Ukrainian experts and cider producers and American colleagues: an expert from the Pennsylvania Cider Guild, a professor of marketing and entrepreneurship in agribusiness of the Penn State University, and a representative of the American cider company, a craft cider technologist.
The main goal of the workshop was to discuss the trends and developments of the cider production sector in Ukraine and the USA, the situation on the Ukrainian and American cider markets, cider consumers' preferences. Also, the seminar focused on cider production technology.
Ukrainian cider producers, both craft and industrial, attended the upcoming workshop.
